New customers will need to complete a medical fact-find with the Doctor. This consists of a brief review of your medical history to establish pertinent facts and assess any risk to you as an individual.
All treatments must be pre-booked with the Doctor by telephone or, alternatively, via WhatsApp or text for existing patients.
Calls without caller ID showing will not be answered.
All appointments require the payment of a 50% deposit, by bank transfer, to be reserved.
Deposits are non-refundable where cancellation takes place within 48 hours of the planned appointment.
